If I may say, I think the TADs have been placed too close to the crown. The cortical bone thickness is usually the lowest at marginal bone.
The normal placement would be at the junction between the gingiva and the mucosa, in your case I think 2 or 3mm more apical.
I don't know if you want to replace the TADs, otherwise we might consider an IZ tad or completely change the plan.
