Presented unfinished case of Renata

Hi dear friends.

I have a question about my last patient. We tried to move the models to simulate the surgical movements, but that didn't work putting it in the occlusogram. While I wait and see if this can be somehow done by the technicians, I would post the occlusogram that simulated these movements in virtual articulator as mandibular advancement (but in this case mandibular retraction and rotation)
I am not sure on how accurate this is in comparing doing it as surgical movements.
I would like your opinion on if this is the case for surgery first? If not, is it possible to decompensate before surgery? I suppose to have problems with the crossbite blocking the movements and there is not a lot of teeth that I can put triad on.
I sent the patient for the CT, but the office is closed for 2 weeks, so I can add AP projection in later days.
